Tay: “For a couple of years now it has pained me to see the NGW List discussions of converting users to resources, and to know I had a procedure, but didn’t have it well documented”.
Tay finally got adequate time to fully document in written and video form a procedure “Converting a GroupWise User (or External Entity) to a GroupWise Resource”.
Tay has used the procedure for several years, and presented on it earlier this year.
With the help of Camtasia Tay has made a full video on how to do this. He highly recommend that people watch the video and then use the written documentation (links below).
